Experienced Technical Support
The OPALS community collectively funds reliable, experienced, full-time technical support staff that responds promptly to requests for assistance, either by email or telephone. Technical support is also provided by many New York State educational cooperatives and by Media Flex in the US and Bibliofiche for libraries in countries outside the US.
