Our School Library System supports OPALS resource-sharing, union catalog that provides access and facilitates resource sharing for schools in our learning and teaching community.
We also support the use of OPALS open source software in many of our school libraries that automates day to day library and authentic information broadcasting for their students and teachers.
CVES School Library System was one of seven regions that helped to develop “SEARCH”… a single login, information database management system that aggregates all subscription databases on one page, provides easy in-library and remote login access to all of them, and consolidates use-statistics reports.
